In 2025, Leña was named to the 50 Top Pizza list in the US, and Marisol Doyle was named to Italy's list of the world's Top 100 Pizza Chefs. Born and raised in Mexico, she's been making pizza for about three years.

Raised in California, Emily Blount was working as an actress in New York when her husband convinced her to move to his hometown. It was the last thing she ever expected to do. She became a VPN-certified pizzamaker and opened James Beard-nominated St. Leo.

Tribecca Allie Café
Golf pro Dutch Van Oostendorp and his swim coach wife Rebecca moved from New York state to be near her aging mother. When they couldn't find good pizza, he built an oven in his back yard. That led to opening a pizzeria and becoming a silver medalist in the American Pizza Championship
